Coca Cola T-shirt quilt

My dear friend Carolyn's Coca Cola collection is really out of this world. I think she holds the record in M'sia with the most Coca Cola collection. She also had about 50 coke t-shirts which she bought during all the world travels eg to Atlanta, Japan etc. She no longer wears some of the t-shirts so she asked me to cut it and make it into a t-shirt quilt.

Here is the finished product

More Japanese wallhanging

This is another piece of Japanese dolls wallhanging. it is to commemorate Hinamatsuri
which is a Japanese festival celebrated in March every year.

The top tier holds two dolls, known as Imperial dolls representing the Emperor and Empress. The second tier holds three court ladies.

Japanese wallhanging

This is another piece of fabric we discovered in Japan during the CNY 2009 trip. I made it into a wallhanging using Trapunto method and the Kimono Girls really looks so "real" and beautiful

Maggie's bag - Japanese fabric

I went to Japan with Maggie during CNY 2009 and we were in the patchwork shop in Kamata and Maggie fell in love with this piece of Japanese fabric, however the fabric looks rather Aussie? what do you reckon?

Mark's baby quilt

My nephew Mark and Kei had their 1st baby and I made a set of quilt cover, 2 pillowcase and the bumper cot for a boy! Here is a photo of the baby, he is really cute!

Wallets

I even know how to make wallets!

This is one of my newly acquired skills, it is real fun, will be making more to take the wallets to market instead of ruining my nice leather wallets when marketing.

Bags, more bags

Another bag made with Japanese fabric which I acquired during my last trip to Japan and a toiletry bag + credit card holder

Japanese Chirimen bag

I found this piece of cloth in my mum's cupboard amongst her treasured possessions and I made a beautiful bag out of it.

Halloween quilt

The nice Halloween cloth was given to me by my sister Mary a few years ago and I found some nice pumpkin cloth lately to complete the Halloween quilt. The embroidery in the middle row complements the Halloween quilt very well and it is very colourful.

Bags - japanese cloth

During the CNY I went to Japan (Tokyo) for holidays, however did not manage to buy a lot of fabrics as the Japanese Yen has appreciated about 30% since 2007. I managed to buy a couple of nice pieces though and made them into bags. Here are 2 that I have completed. I also bought the nice leather handles from Japan.
